Contemplation at New Moon

We contemplate on teachings of the White Tara.

The White Tara, being Divinity in female form, explains that She is easily approached at the time of the New Moon.

In these New Moon Contemplations, we use the words of the White Tara, received by Ananda Tara Shan*.

'I am the Tara. I am the White
- Mother of thousands of worlds.
I am called Mother of Buddhas and Christs I am,
for in My divine womb, I give birth
to the Christs and the Buddhas.'1
