New Year's Eve Service
The New Year’s Eve Service will be conducted at 8.00 pm Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT), on Thursday, 31 December 2020, by Shri Nagarjuna (Con Xanthos) and Dorte Moltsen.
Although there will not be any participants in physical attendance, you are most welcome to join in with this service and follow the format below in your rhythm, or another format of your choice.
In the service, we will be using elements of the Open Cosmic Service format.
As there will be a transmission from the Hierarchy as part of this service, please read the following general statement about transmissions during services:
'During the service, teaching may occur through the use of a recorded transmission, which is an overshadowing of Ananda Tara Shan* by the Masters of the Hierarchy Who wish to speak or sing Their information and transmit Their energy to humanity. The transmissions may be a communication of energy only or may convey specific words. When Ananda uses words such as 'I am Jesus', she is speaking on behalf of the Master and is not referring to herself.' 1
You may wish to play some meditative music as you prepare for the service.
If you would also like to utilise the pre-service mantra, it is:
'The Risen Christ lifts me to the Father' 2
Please also feel free to prepare a chalice/s filled with a liquid of your choice to use when we come to the blessing and serving of the Holy Grail Liquid, if you choose to do so. The chalices will be blessed within the meditation, 'The Earth shall be a Sacred Planet'.

Welcome and Introduction
Welcome to this New Year’s Eve Service, in which we celebrate the Avatar of Will.
In the period between Christmas and New Year, we celebrate the three Aspects of Divinity, respectively. On Christmas Eve we celebrate the Mother, the 3rd Aspect, the Creative and Active Intelligence of God, and the Holy Spirit; on Christmas Day we celebrate the 2nd Aspect, that of Love-Wisdom, the Son/Daughter, Consciousness; and, on New Year’s Eve, we celebrate the Father, the 1st Aspect, Divine Will.
The Avatar of Will or the Avatar of Synthesis, also known as the Avatar of Justice, '…is an enormous Cosmic Being representing the Will of God, who is now aiding the Lord Maitreya and the Hierarchy in the work on Earth. Reference to the Avatar can be found in many of Alice Bailey's writings. He is bringing forth the energy that will destroy the old forms of society that hinder the Earth and humanity from progressing.' 3
As many of you know, all the services that we conduct are primarily Earth Healing Services. Why? Because it is part of our dharma and a necessary contribution to the preparation for creating the right conditions for the Christ, Lord Maitreya, to reappear, as prophesied, in some five hundred years. The prophecy is about Lord Maitreya’s incarnation as Buddha of the Earth, as Ananda* mentioned at a New Year’s Eve Service some years ago.
The Lord Maitreya, the Lord of Love, the Avatar of the Heart '… is often called the Vanquisher of Evil or Darkness, for He is the Light of the Sun who redeems all darkness, and through Archangel Michael, defeats all dark forces on Earth in the coming age. The Lord Maitreya plays a unique part in the sanctification of the Earth, for the Avatar of Synthesis uses Maitreya as His vehicle in the final battle against evil; and the Lord Maitreya, in turn, works in other Masters and initiates accomplishing this deed of making holy the Earth for all times.' 4
Before Lord Maitreya can reappear as it is planned, and real and lasting peace can become a reality on Earth, there is much change needed in all our human activities, especially in the field of religion, as we shall hear a little later in a transmission.
It is heartening that many groups and individuals, in all fields of human activity – including in the fields of politics, finance, business, education, arts, science, spirituality and religion - all over the world are also preparing, in their way, for this event. They may or may not know about Maitreya’s return, but none-the-less they will, in some way, contribute to it. Earth and humanity are preparing.
Although this service is celebrating Will, we are working with all three aspects of the Divine: Will – the Father; Active Intelligence - Mother, the Holy Spirit; and Love-Wisdom - the Son-Daughter.

Attunement to the Heart Centre
Please guide yourself through the attunement below:
'Close your eyes and sit with your back straight, hands in your lap or wherever you prefer.
Breathe deeply three times through your nostrils in your own rhythm.
Focus on your little rose heart in front of the heart chakra (30 seconds).
Visualise how, with your hand, you touch the door to the heart (10 seconds).
Open the door and look into the light.
See yourself stepping through the opening and see yourself walking towards your I AM Presence
which is awaiting you there.
Envision your I AM Presence as a tall energy form blazing with light.
Stand yourself in it and feel the contact with this electronic force field in your physical body (3-5 minutes).'

Meditation – The Earth is Light
In this meditation, Dorte will guide the ceremony of 'Sending Light into the Nations of the Earth'. It is a ceremony that was conducted by Ananda some years back.
In the ceremony, we will have the opportunity to send the Peace of the Holy Spirit into many nations and regions of Earth.
Dorte will call groups of three or four nations/regions at a time.
She will then name each of those nations by saying 'I AM (nation or region)'. After all the nations for that grouping have been named, she will then say: 'I give the Peace of the Holy Spirit to my country.'
For those who would like to participate in sending the Holy Spirit into one or more of the nations that will be called, all you need to do is choose a nation called, or several if you wish, follow, and repeat the words Dorte uses.

And, as of course, we would expect the usual Happy New Year greeting at this stage, let us read what Helena Petrovna Blavatsky had to say about New Year’s greetings:
'A HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL! This seems easy enough to say, and everyone expects some such greeting. Yet, whether the wish, though it may proceed from a sincere heart, is likely to be realized even in the case of the few—is more difficult to decide. According to our theosophical tenets, every man or woman is endowed, more or less, with a magnetic potentiality, which when helped by a sincere, and especially by an intense and indomitable will—is the most effective of magic levers placed by Nature in human hands—for woe as for weal. Let us then, Theosophists, use that will to send a sincere greeting and a wish of good luck for the New Year to every living creature under the sun—enemies and relentless traducers included. Let us try and feel especially kindly and forgiving to our foes and persecutors, honest or dishonest, lest some of us should send unconsciously an “evil eye” greeting instead of a blessing.' 6
