Pentecost Festival

On Sunday, 28 May 2023, at 11.00 am (AEST), Dorte Moltsen will conduct a service celebrating the Pentecost Festival.
This service utilises parts of the World Healing Service I. The World Healing Service was created by Ananda Tara Shan* for ‘… individuals and groups who wish to give the Spirit of Resurrection and the Light of the Holy Spirit to people and the surrounding environment, to aid with healing in the present time of world crisis and great need.’1 You may wish to play some meditative music as you prepare for the service. Pre-service mantra: If you would like to use the pre-service mantra, it is: Holy Spirit, Breath of God, awaken the gifts of the heart in us all. 1. Welcome and Introduction A hearty welcome to this World Healing Service where we are working with the Spirit of Resurrection and the light of the Holy Spirit to aid with healing in the present time of world crisis and great need. In the service today, we celebrate Pentecost - the festival in the Christian tradition – where the Holy Spirit descended upon the Apostles. In the Aquarian Age however, we celebrate the descent of the Holy Spirit in all of us, the light-bearers. This Grace, the fire of creation, this comforting and healing light of the Holy Spirit, will fill the deep void and darkness we may feel within us with its pure, serene, and loving light. And, as we emerge from our deep dark void with the aid of this light, a true clarity and purpose unfold before us, for it is the Holy Spirit that awakens the Gifts of the Heart. So, let us now invoke and open our hearts and minds to these beautiful uplifting energies by singing the song 'Holy Spirit, Dove of Peace'. 2. Singing As we sing/listen to ‘Holy Spirit, Dove of Peace', let us call upon the Holy Spirit to fill and envelop the Earth and us with light, love, and peace. Protection Everyone: We ask for the protection of the Cosmic Light Visualise a ring of light surrounding all people present. 4. Attunement to the Heart Centre Ananda will now guide us in the Attunement to the Heart Centre. To listen, click on the white arrow in the sound bar. 5.
Invocation Everyone: We invoke the three Departmental Heads of the Hierarchy, the Manu for the Will of God, the Christ for the Love of God, and the Mahachohan, the Light of the Holy Spirit, for the Active Intelligence of God. We invoke the Masters of the Hierarchy, White Tara the Mother of Buddhas, the Divine Mother, the Mother of Christs, and the Angelic Kingdom. We ask for Your help, inspiration and guidance from the highest levels of consciousness in this Service for the Earth. Empower us with Your light and wisdom, let Your compassion, grace and love descend upon us, strengthen truth within us, lead us safely into this Healing Service, and protect us – You who are our Brothers and Sisters in Soul and Spirit. 6. Invocation to the Spirit of Resurrection Everyone: Spirit of Resurrection, Thou Spirit of endless joy, become the Heart of the World Healing Service. Join us in right effort, in right motive and in true service of the Heart. Give us the contact to Lord Jesus' pure Self and Diamond Body, and may humanity benefit from this our love in action today. 7. The Earth is Light Everyone: The Earth is Light. Visualise the Earth surrounded with light. 8. Healing Meditation This meditation utilises extracts from a meditation by Ananda given during the Pentecost Service in 2001. Prayer of Gratitude Everyone: We thank the Hierarchy for the help given in this service. 10. The Great Invocation** Everyone: From the point of Light within the Mind of God, There appears Maitreya as the Son of the Sun. Let His Light stream forth into the minds of men, Let His Light stream forth on Earth. Redeemer, Thou hast come. From the point of Love within the Heart of God, There comes Maitreya, the Lord of Love. Let His Love stream forth into the hearts of men, Christ the Risen One is here on Earth. From the Centre where the Will of God is known, Let the Avatar of Synthesis guide the wills of men. Maitreya, Your Purpose is clear. Avatar of Synthesis, make Yourself known. We serve You, Masters of the Light. From the Centre which we call the race of men, Let the Plan of Love and Light work out, And may it seal the door where evil dwells. Let Maitreya restore the Plan on Earth. Let His Light, Love, and Power be with you. **The Great Invocation as given by the Christ to the Lord D.K. has been rewritten by the Christ through Ananda Tara Shan, making it more in keeping with the times. 11. Completion We will complete the service with a song called 'World Peace'.
