Sentences for Meditation between Christmas and New Year

Ananda Tara Shan has given us key sentences to use in meditation during the nine days from Christmas Eve until New Year's Day.

24th December:
May the Risen Christ be born in my heart. |
Christ Consciousness in me
is the shepherd to lead my restless thoughts to my home of divine peace. (Paramahansa Yogananda 2) |
25th December:
The Risen Christ has entered into my heart and joined with my heart flame. |
26th December:
The Risen Christ empowers me with His Love. |
27th December:
The Risen Christ empowers me with His Light. |
28th December:
The Risen Christ empowers me with His Wisdom. |
29th December:
The Risen Christ empowers me with His Truth. |
30th December:
The Risen Christ lifts me to the Mother. |
31st December:
The Risen Christ lifts me to the Father. |
1st January:
My heart is aflame with the pure Spirit of the Lord Maitreya. |
