Editor's note: In the foreword to the book 'The Hierarchy Speaks' (not yet published), it says: 'This book presents a selection of articles written by Ananda Tara Shan and a selection of transmitted talks and other messages from some members of the Hierarchy as well as from some Cosmic Avatars. The articles and transmissions are selected from the newsletter, which was produced for brothers and sisters of the Way of the Heart in the years 1989-92.
Together they represent essential parts of Maitreya Theosophy. Maitreya Theosophy is the Divine Wisdom merged with the Divine Love which is released from the world of Maitreya to the Children of the Heart. The Children of the Heart is the group of humanity who within the next 500 years will choose to walk the Way of the Heart towards the Heart of the Lord Maitreya.
Readers are encouraged to study the transmissions and the articles from the heart, studying only one at a time and letting the content be applied in a new understanding, in a new vibration of the heart and in new efforts of service, so that this material will assist the personality in opening to the New Life which is offered on the Way of the Heart.'

White Tara Speaks to Humanity 03 July 1994
1. I am the Tara. I am the White. ‘Mother of thousand worlds’ I am called. Mother of Buddhas and Christs I am, I am, for in My divine womb, I give birth to the Christs and the Buddhas.
2. I am the Mother, the Wisdom, the Word of Theosophia in embodiment on Earth. My wisdom knows no end. And the Lord Maitreya, My Son, His love knows no end. And Michael the Archangel, My Lord, His courage and strength know no end. Together We are three, a trinity in our own right and the path of righteousness and justice flows through Us. 3. I am the Lady of Wisdom, the Lady of the Dragon Sword. I am everything you want Me to be. I am gentle as the day, I am powerful as the night. Courage is My keyword. Wisdom I speak to every ear that will listen. Self-sacrifice I teach. I am the Lady, the White Tara. 4. You cannot come to Me except that you sacrifice your little self and let that soul of yours build into it the most wonderful of qualities divine, and every ray must be noticed within it.
5. For the Logos, I am Mother. For the Logos I am She, the Lady of Divinity. I love the children for the Logos and the Sons. I teach and educate them, and bring them to the feet of the Christ. I bring you, children of humanity, the last steps upon which you must walk to the great Heart, to the Heart of all, to Maitreya.
6. I have been called to Earth by the Logos. I have come from worlds afar. I live in worlds of moons and suns. I have come to heal you, humanity and neutralise karma. And to every Child of the Heart, I am coming with Theosophia and I teach through the heart and the mouth of the Lady Yasodhara. I have brought My ladies of the Light with Me to this Earth. I have legions of angels in My command. I have brought the Love of My world and the Wisdom of the Ages. Let your hearts open to the laws of Mine. I bring the Law, the cosmos of the universe. 7. I bring the Light of the Heart of the Universe. And every step that I take and every song that I sing, heals you, heals you, heals you now. Let the Law of Forgiveness forgive all your trespasses against the Lord and Lady Logos and may you forgive yourselves for it is only through forgiving yourself that you can find My Lord, Maitreya; it is only through the Law of Forgiveness that you will accept My angel to your keep. I place that angel near you, side by side with your guardian angel, and may the Lord’s Light and the Lady’s Light shine upon you.
8. I am the redeemeress, I am the saviouress, where the Lord Maitreya is the redeemer and the saviour. I am the Lady Christ, I am the Lady Buddha, where Maitreya is the Christed Buddha. I am the Lady of ancient times. I am the Lady of Wisdom where the Lord is Love Unconditional. And together We have been placed as the rising light and the spreading light of Earth. We are the cross of matter risen. We are the Light that you will behold as the True Light. And in Our Hearts, We hold you so dear, humanity.
9. Open yourselves to My healing Light, to the power that comes through Me from the Logos Lord and Lady. Open yourselves to the Light that shines forever, which illuminates you, which shall give you strength and courage to walk the path through the Great Change that will occur any moment now. And when the Earth trembles, when the mountains collapse, you will remember to call upon the strength of the Lady Tara, the Dragon-sworded one. And when you are fearful, you must call upon the Lord Maitreya.
10. Do you know that I am Mother of Maitreya and Michael is the Father? When the dear Son is born in five hundred years in China, do you then want to be His arhat, do you want to be His servant, do you want to be a loving disciple of His? Then you must redeem your darkness and you must find the Light of Heart that shall make your steps purposeful and light that you may walk the path of light without falling through. The path is difficult to walk. It is deep and dangerous. I shall protect you, for am I not the Lady Protector? If you will the good, if you will My Lord, I am behind you day and night. If you will the good, if you will the Lord, I am behind you every step of the way.
11. I have seen the worlds upon worlds created and destroyed. I have seen populations of planets rise and fall in the blink of an eye. And I know that time has come for Earth to rise or fall. Its humanity must make the choice: righteousness or evil. The Law is clear, it has always been. Will you follow it to the letter or will you deny it and your soul? Will you choose matter before Spirit? Will you choose Spirit before matter? Will you follow the Expectations of the Maitreya? Will you live as He wishes you to live, Child of the Heart? Then the Earth is your new abode. It is your new planet for you to stay upon. It welcomes you. It has a place for you. It is safe for you to stay here. 12. About the new land of America, the Ancient Atlantis redeemed and cleansed by the ocean: let that land rise slowly and may it become the new abode of the new humanity who shall live in peace with the Hierarchy in the new Shamballa built upon the land of the new America.
13. My angels are at work. Will you receive My healing light? My angels are at work. Will you let Me help you? Open that heart of yours. Let the petals unfold. Open that mind of yours. Take what I give you with gratitude in your heart and splendour in your mind. I have been called. I shall not stay on Earth long - only for five hundred years until My Son has been born, until He has done what He must do and completes that life in wondrous perfection.
14. I am the Lady of the thousand worlds and the Lady Yasodhara is the Lady of the thousand doors. In Her, the Spirit of the Lord lives and moves. I utilise Her to reach humanity. I utilise Her to teach Maitreya Shan Theosophy. I educate, I train that you may stand with the Lord Maitreya five hundred years hence as His arhats, disciples, lords and ladies. For that I am come, and to bring with Me the Peace of the Logos. May it unhindered descend upon you and may that Spirit of Resurrection heal you within and without. 15. I am the Lady Tara. May the Heart and the Spirit of India be upon you.
16. As I now take My leave of you, with My blessing I leave you with an angel of Mine for this entire life or more. Take that angel into you, make it felt, give it the love of yours, nourish it. And as reward for loving it, healing is yours. I am the Lady of healing and longevity. I bestow life and death through the Holy Spirit. I give you life unending. I give you life immortal. As I now withdraw, remember that I am around and about. Call My name: Lady Tara the White, the Lady of the Horse of White, Christed woman for all of Earth’s women. 17. I shall return. Go in peace. I leave thee. May the Spirit of India be upon you. May the Heart of the Hierarchy stay with you. May your suffering come to an end, and may illumination be with you. The White Tara
